The Child Support Agency, alongside the services to support child care, offers interview mediations and operation of supporting groups for emotional stability of custodial and non-custodial parents.
As there are frequent cases where regular interviews do not take place and other cases involving difficulties to receive child support, the Child Support Agency offers regular interviews between non-custodial parents and a relevant applicant. It offers interview promotion services to ensure smooth future implementation of child support.
In order to arrange a base where custodial and non-custodial parents and their children can emotionally support and encourage each other, the Child Support Agency has been running online and offline supporting groups led by professionals, which are tailored to different subjects.

The Child Support Agency inspects payment of rearing expenses until a child becomes an adult after counseling, agreement, litigation and collection. This monitoring service also covers related counseling and consultations.
If an obligor shows his/her intent to pay for child rearing based on negotiations or legal measures via the Child Support Agency and pays for the money, the case will be closed. However, even if a negotiation document has been prepared and legal measures have been taken, the same circumstances may arise before a child becomes 19 years old. Therefore, the Child Support Agency sets up a monitoring team to ensure economic stability of custodial parents and proper growth of a child. The team will regularly check the status of execution. If it is found that there has been non-compliance, the team will apply the measures to execution.
※ The Child Support Agency supports agreement, arbitration and notarization if wanted by a party during all supportive procedures.
