Institution Research and Investigation

By researching and studying domestic and overseas rearing cost and publishing yearly reports, the development of the system to carry out child support and guarantee for actual effects will be explored. Also, experts from various experts, institutions, group workers and single-parents will be together for communication and effort to improve services.

Improvement of Awareness and Relationship Support

The necessity to execute child support is increased among non-custodial and custodial parents and their children. Cooperative awareness for child rearing is shared, all to increase positive awareness of the child support execution and its relevant systems. This enhances the national awareness that ‘the responsibility to rear a child’ and ‘execution of rearing cost’ is more than necessary. Also, in order to ensure voluntary execution of child support, there will be programs to execute child support for non-custodial parents and their children.

Education to better implementation

The education for improvement of implementation is carried out to increase social awareness that parental duty to support children must be kept. To ensure stable provision of child support system and services, the demanding side covering single parents and others will benefit from forums, briefing sessions, training, understanding and legal approaches tailored to meet the needs of the demanding side. This also strengthens access and understanding of the systems.

Visiting Education

Regions, institutions and groups will be used to provide visiting outreach tailored to the needs of single-parents or others. The visit will be carried out by employees of the Child Support Agency. (Education available regardless of weekdays or weekends for single parents who work on weekdays or have no source of information)

Local briefing

Briefing on child support execution will be provided to people from institutions and organizations related to single parents as well as public officials who offer services to local single parents.

Practical Training

Practical training opportunities are given to students from graduate schools of laws so that the prospective lawyers cultivate proper aptitudes and learn about actual execution of child support.

This is to promote understanding of policies among citizens as well as collaboration with them through voluntary participation.

Promotion of the system to execute child support

Based on the nationwide promotion, supportive system for child rearing cost will be introduced. This is also to establish the position as an overall supportive organization to ensure earlier adaptation of the system and secure execution of child support.

Promotion of Counseling Numbers

The telephone number for counseling from the Child Support Agency will be promoted to reinforce users’ access to the child support system and execution of the support.

Promotion in Daily Life

This is to ensure daily promotion so that policy beneficiaries can easily access to relevant information.
